My Mediterranean Meal Planner

My Mediterranean Meal Planner

As many of you know, I LOVE to plan and I LOVE notebooks and stationery. I also LOVE food, specifically, feta cheese. So after founding my notebook brand PANDORUS PUBLISHING and creating diaries, planners, dream journals and so on, I suddenly realised that there was one low-content book that I had left out: THE MEAL PLANNER. So after smashing a few plates (as well as my keyboard) I finally gave birth to a brand new addition to my low-content publishing collection and here it is: MY MEDITERRANEAN MEAL PLANNER.

The Mediterranean diet has long been hailed as one of the healthiest in the world. Based on the traditional cuisines of Greece, Italy and other countries that border the Mediterranean sea, the diet is abundant in fruit, vegetables, wholegrains, legumes, and of course olive oil. The format of the book is quite simple with pages to plan your weekly meals as well as your weekly shopping list. This meal planner will help you prep your weekly meals the Mediterranean way, with a list of 50 meal ideas, pantry essentials and room to write your own recipes.

• Size: 6×9
• 52 week meal planner
• Weekly meal planner on one page
• Two column shopping list on adjacent page
• Includes 50 Mediterranean meal ideas (not recipes)
• Pantry essentials page
• Space for recipes and notes at the back
• Pages Colour: White
• Cover: Matte Finish

The planner is available from Amazon worldwide and don’t forget that I have a bunch of other books including gratitude journals, undated daily planners, notebooks, diaries, children’s activity books and more all available under Pandorus Publishing. Click on the links below each picture to be taken directly to the Amazon page.

I have also recently created a Mood and Anxiety Tracker below.
